Our testers expected a good experience with Spyic based on what they advertise about their software but unfortunately, this service did not work. The installation process was a frustrating experience, especially at the high cost of their monthly subscriptions. Our experts had multiple technical issues when attempting to monitor an iPhone as our target device. The two-factor authentication was unable to be disabled which is required for this software to work properly.
Spyic also lacks customer support especially when it comes down to requesting a refund. There was no response from a customer support representative when our testers requested a refund, which was disappointing to encounter.
